We allow up to two pets per apartment.
Pet deposit: 1 pet: $300 with $150 non-refundable
2 pets: $400 with $200 non-refundable
Pet rent: $20 per month per pet.

Additional Information:
Residents are responsible for electricity, water, sewer and trash.
Renters insurance is required.
Carports: $25 per month
Full-size Washer/dryer: $40 per month
